Taste Jersey 2023 will see the launch of several new dining events and experiences to impress even the most discerning foodie.
Meet the chefs leading Jersey's top restaurants and enjoy a selection of canapes crafted and served by them while sipping on a glass of bubbly. Participating restaurants include Ocean Restaurant, Bohemia, Tassili, The Grill at L'Horizon, La Terrasse at Hotel de France, and The Bay at St Brelade's Bay Hotel.

Savour the extraordinary flavours of chocolate with The Atlantic Hotel and Xoco. Delight in a fascinating presentation by Richard Ellis, Head Pastry Chef in association with Xoco, as he guides you through the world of chocolate. Following this, savour a delectable Chocolate Lunch served with paired drinks in the luxurious setting of Ocean Restaurant.

Join us in Bohemia Bar for a glass of wine before being led on a tour of Bohemia’s Michelin Star kitchen. Here, you will enjoy a selection of fantastic canapés and further wines will be served as you learn the best way to taste your wines and explore the subtle flavours and notes they offer. A selection of 3 red and 3 white wines will show the broad spectrum different grape varietals can create.
Available Tuesday through Saturday to begin at 5:00pm.

A luxury transfer will take you from The Club Hotel and Spa to Dunell’s at Beaumont. Established in 1900, Dunell’s is one of Jersey’s longest-standing businesses, renowned for being a purveyor of fine wines and spirits. You will be taken into the private, bespoke tasting room reserved exclusively for special events. Your tasting experience will begin by sampling Dunell’s Jersey Pink Granite gin, followed by a guided tasting of six fine wines with an expert wine specialist. Once your tasting is concluded, your luxury transfer will take you back to Bohemia restaurant where you will be welcomed with a Lanique cocktail, followed by a 3-course meal in Michelin-starred Bohemia restaurant.
Available Thursday, Fridays & Saturdays to start at 11:30 am and return for lunch at 1:00 pm. Must be booked at least 48 hrs in advance.

Explore the markets of St Helier and see Jersey's amazing produce in this exclusive tour with one of Bohemia’s kitchen brigade. Starting at Bohemia restaurant, your guide will take you on a tour of the Central Market and the fish market. Learn about the fantastic produce on our amazing island and sample different goodies along the way. Meet some of Bohemia’s suppliers and see their excellent fresh offerings. On the way back, you will stop off at local wine merchant Dunell’s to sample their Jersey Pink Granite gin as an aperitif before heading back to Bohemia for a 3-course lunch.
Available on Thursday and Friday. The tour starts at 10:30 am and lasts approximately 90 minutes. Lunch can be taken at your leisure from 12 pm.
